We are pleased to offer free delivery throughout Australia and New Zealand on all full-priced online orders, and free world-wide delivery on all online orders over AU200. International orders up to AUD200 are subject to a flat AUD10 postage fee.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock online orders within 2 business days, however please allow for delays during discount Sale periods and public holidays. Pre-order items are typically dispatched within 7-14 business days - please see individual items for estimated re-make time frames.
CHANGE OF MIND
We accept returns on full-priced, unworn necklaces, bracelets, bangles, rings, art prints and bags within 7days of receipt. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on earrings or skincare products for hygiene reasons, and on sale items.
Returned items that are deemed to be in new, unworn and saleable condition are eligible for store credit notes to the value of the returned item. Credit notes remain redeemable for 12 months from their date of issue.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returned items that appear to have been worn or damaged at our absolute discretion.
The cost of return parcels is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us and submit photos of the fault as soon as possible.
Where refunds are applicable, the refund amount will be processed within 5 business days from the date of our receipt of the returned item, through our payment system and to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. Please allow up to an additional 2-5 days for funds to show in your account.
